Our Services
Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric evaluation provides a comprehensive assessment of your mental health to identify symptoms, understand their causes, and create a personalized treatment plan. It’s the first step toward effective care and lasting well-being.
Supportive Therapy
Supportive therapy focuses on building emotional strength and improving coping skills. Through empathy, guidance, and encouragement, individuals can better manage stress, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
Medication Management
Medication management ensures you receive the right medication, dosage, and follow-up care for your mental health needs. Our providers closely monitor progress and make adjustments to achieve the best treatment outcomes safely and effectively.
MAT treatment
(MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a holistic approach to recovery from substance use disorders. MAT helps reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and support long-term sobriety, allowing individuals to regain stability and improve their quality of life.
Telepsychiatry
Telepsychiatry offers convenient, secure, and confidential mental health care through online video sessions. It allows you to connect with licensed providers from the comfort of your home, ensuring easy access to professional support anytime, anywhere.

GeneSight Testing is a genetic test that analyzes how your DNA affects your response to medications. It helps your provider choose the most effective treatment with fewer side effects, allowing for personalized and precise mental health care.
Conditions We Treat

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
GAD involves persistent, uncontrollable worry that interferes with daily life. Individuals may experience restlessness, fatigue, irritability, muscle tension, and difficulty concentrating. At A1 Behavioral Health, our treatment includes therapeutic support and medication management designed to reduce anxiety, promote calm, and restore emotional balance. We help patients develop coping skills, reframe negative thought patterns, and regain the confidence to handle everyday stressors effectively.

(Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) ADHD
ADHD can impact both children and adults, affecting attention, focus, impulse control, and activity levels. Left untreated, it may interfere with school, work, and relationships. We offer comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, behavioral strategies, and medication management. Our goal is to help patients improve concentration, enhance organization, and strengthen their ability to thrive in both personal and professional settings.

Social Phobias (Social Anxiety Disorder)
Social anxiety is characterized by an intense fear of being judged, embarrassed, or rejected in social situations. This can lead individuals to avoid gatherings, school, or work interactions, limiting their ability to connect with others. At A1 Behavioral Health, we provide compassionate care that includes therapy to challenge anxious thoughts, build coping strategies, and gradually increase comfort in social settings. Our goal is to empower patients to develop confidence and engage fully in their personal and professional lives.

Panic Disorders
Panic disorder involves sudden and overwhelming episodes of fear that trigger intense physical reactions, including rapid heartbeat, sweating, shortness of breath, and dizziness. These episodes can occur unexpectedly, leaving individuals in constant worry about when the next attack may happen. We use evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and medication management when needed, to reduce the frequency and severity of panic attacks, helping patients regain a sense of control and peace of mind.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD is a condition where individuals experience intrusive, distressing thoughts (obsessions) and feel compelled to perform repetitive behaviors (compulsions) to reduce anxiety. These cycles can interfere with daily functioning and relationships. At A1 Behavioral Health, we provide specialized treatment that may include exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), medication, and supportive counseling. Our focus is to help patients break free from compulsive patterns, reduce distress, and regain a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, hypervigilance, and avoidance of reminders related to the trauma. These symptoms can disrupt sleep, relationships, and overall quality of life. At A1 Behavioral Health, we provide trauma-informed care to help survivors process their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Using therapies such as CBT and other evidence-based approaches, we empower patients to find healing, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of safety and stability in their lives.
